General Meeting is the highest authority. Each General Meeting, which is summoned according to the statutes, forms a quorum.
General meeting is hold in context of the congresses. Summons of General Meeting must be send out a least 3 weeks before the meeting, and the call for Meeting is supposed to be published in the Bulletin.
Only members must take part in the General Meeting.
